Return Policy

 

Ink and Consumables​

  • Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Parts and Accessories

  • Unused items are eligible for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Equipment Sales​

  • All sales are final.

  • Equipment issues will be addressed according to the terms of the applicable warranty agreement.

Refund Policy

Ink and Consumables​

  • Returns must be unopened and made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for returning products within 14 business days after receiving the return label.

    • Failure to do so will void any applicable warranty, and a hold may be placed on future orders associated with your account.

  • Items returned within the specified timeframe will be refunded the original purchase price minus shipping charges.

Stock and Non-Stock Items

  • Stock Items: These are items held in K Engineering's inventory and can be returned within 30 business days from the invoice date.

    • Customer pays return shipping (except in cases of incorrect shipments by K Engineering).

    • Refunds will be processed after inspection to confirm the item is unused and resellable.

  • Non-Stock/Direct Ship Items: These are items shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse.

    • Customer pays return shipping to the manufacturer (except in cases of incorrect shipments by K Engineering).

    • Items are subject to manufacturer inspection and restocking fees of up to 25%.

    • Refunds will be issued after manufacturer inspection confirms the item is acceptable and resellable.

Repair Parts

  • Repair parts are non-returnable once used.

  • These parts are intended for installation by factory-trained and authorized technicians.

  • K Engineering is not liable for equipment damage or lost revenue due to improper installations.

 

General Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Orders made via lease or financing:

    • The return process must be initiated with the leasing/financing institution before K Engineering can proceed with the return.

 

Additional Information

  • No Returns After 30 Days: Any request for returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fees: All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee where applicable.

  • Shipping Damage: Report any shipping damage immediately upon receipt; failure to do so may transfer responsibility to the buyer.

  • Required Documentation: Returns must include the original invoice and an RMA# provided by K Engineering.
